Founder, Owner and CEO of CES Corporation, Chuck L’Ecuyer is a third-generation electrician with over 20 years of experience in project operations. Since founding CES in 2011, he has grown the company from the ground up, assembling a team of skilled professionals across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Construction to deliver complete, multidisciplinary EPCM services.

In 2019, Chuck led the development of the Intelliflex product line—an advanced, fully integrated modular solution purpose-built for next-generation computing. Originally designed to meet the demanding needs of blockchain and cloud infrastructure, the Intelliflex platform has since expanded to power cutting-edge AI factories and high-density modular data centers. Engineered for rapid deployment and scalability, Intelliflex enables clients to fast-track infrastructure rollouts and accelerate return on investment.

Rodney Briere is a seasoned executive and Chartered Professional Accountant with over three decades of experience in finance, strategy, and business leadership. As President of CES Corporation, Rodney leads the company’s finance and administration functions and plays a key role in shaping and executing its long-term growth strategy. Before stepping into the President role, Rodney served as Chief Financial Officer, where he was responsible for all financial operations and stakeholder communications. His leadership has been instrumental in CES Corporation’s expansion efforts, including strategic planning, capital raising, and operational scaling. Rodney holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Alberta and CPA designations from both Alberta and Canada.

Josh Sparrow is a seasoned Professional Electrical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in process control automation, electrical distribution, and industrial systems integration. With a career spanning oil and gas, mining, manufacturing, water/wastewater, and datacenter infrastructure, Josh has led multidisciplinary engineering teams and delivered complex, high-impact projects across North America and internationally.

As Chief Technology Officer at Intelliflex, Josh brings strategic leadership and deep technical expertise to the engineering department. His work is defined by a commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and the advancement of intelligent infrastructure solutions. Under his guidance, Intelliflex continues to drive forward-thinking initiatives that enhance system reliability and efficiency across the organization.

Bryan Davies brings more than 25 years of executive experience in the Power Generation industry, with a career defined by operational leadership, strategic sales growth, and the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects. His specialized expertise in modular, off-grid power systems and turnkey plant deployments has earned him recognition as a leader in scalable energy and compute solutions.

As Global Sales Director for Intelliflex, Bryan now leads global sales and business development for the company’s cutting-edge modular data center platform. Under his leadership, Intelliflex is expanding its global footprint, delivering high-performance, energy-efficient infrastructure to support AI, HPC, and blockchain workloads. Bryan’s forward-thinking approach and deep technical acumen continue to position Intelliflex as a leader in next-generation modular data center innovation.

As Director of Research and Development at CES Corporation, Kyle Neigum has been a driving force behind the company's innovation since before the inception of the Intelliflex product line. One of CES’s longest-serving team members, Kyle has played a foundational role in shaping the design and evolution of the company’s datacenter technologies.

Holding a Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering Technology (IET) from NAIT, Kyle brings a deep technical foundation to his role. His expertise in thermal systems, instrumentation, and controls has been instrumental in bridging engineering, prototyping, and field deployment. Kyle continues to lead CES’s R&D strategy as the company advances further into AI and high-performance compute infrastructure.
